O Se-chang
O Se-chang (오세창, 吳世昌, 6 August 1864 – 16 April 1953), pen name Wichang (위창, 葦滄, 韙傖), was a Korean government official, politician, writer, calligrapher-painter (seohwaga, 서화가, 書畫家), and independent activist who was active throughout the late Joseon period, Korean Empire period, and the colonial period.
