Jaín es una localidad del municipio de San Felices de Buelna (Cantabria, España). En el año 2008 contaba con una población de 197 habitantes (INE). Se encuentra situada a 72 metros de altitud sobre el nivel del mar, y dista medio kilómetro de la capital municipal, Rivero. Su cercanía a la capital municipal hacía que por ejemplo la iglesia parroquial de San Félix de aquella sirviera también a Jaín y Tarriba. Es una de las localidades que se integró en el primer ayuntamiento constitucional de San Felices, en 1822. El nombre de Jaín proviene de Fabinius.
