KHAD ou KhAD, sigla de Khadamat-e Etela'at-e Dawlati (em persa: خدمات اطلاعات دولتی, "Agência de Informação do Estado") é a principal agência de inteligência e de segurança do Afeganistão, que também serviu como polícia secreta durante a ocupação soviética.
