Its principal divisions include the RTL Group, Penguin Random House, BMG, Arvato, the Bertelsmann Printing Group, the Bertelsmann Education Group and Bertelsmann Investments.
Bertelsmann is an unlisted and capital market-oriented company, which remains primarily controlled by the Mohn family.
